Our Company
Rare Interactive was founded in 1999 as a simple web design studio. Since then we have expanded into many other forms of media that can truly promote and market business. Technology is ever changing and we believe by staying on the cutting edge of software, hardware, and knowledge, we can provide our customers with unique products and services. Many companies believe in a high turnover of projects at a low price, and in most cases it shows. Rare Interactive has small, highly skilled teams that take on a limited client base to build a lasting relationship.

We aren’t the cheapest, and we aren’t the largest, but we are one of the most talented, professional, and trusted.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple. We make your company grow through better communication. We communicate your business through innovative, powerful, and professional media that make your company stand above the rest. We build lasting relationships with ALL our clients and believe that relationships are the key to successful business.

The Rare Interactive digital business card is a lot like that!

No computer knowledge is necessary. Just insert the DBC and it will start to play automatically, it even comes with an autoplay feature to loop for your tradeshow booth.

Recruitment media
Recruitment has never been easy. Do you send out individuals from your organization to track down new recruits? Do you create ads for television and radio? Do you send out mass mailers? Do ALL of it! Combine the intensity of your top recruiter, the power of television and radio, with the information-in-your-hand of mass mailers. Here’s the catch, do it for less cost, less time, and better results. It’s not only true, but available today.

Recruit like never before with Rare Interactive.

Website design
Everyone has a cousin who has a nephew that creates web sites, or knows a guy who knows a guy that really knows his way around a computer, but there are few who can really define your audience and your message to create the optimal web presence for your business. The look of your new site is only one of cogs in the Internet machine. Does it target the right audience? How do I get people to come to my site? Is it optimized for today’s search engines and technology?

If your developer is Rare Interactive you have all the right answers to all the right questions. If your developer is the other guy, make sure to keep your fingers crossed.

Strategic marketing
Any business can have the best looking, cutting edge, knock-your-socks-off presentation, but without a proper strategy it becomes a waste of time and money. Rare Interactive doesn’t begin to program a new project until we know your business. We don’t play the “oops” card to “extend” the project and get more of your hard earned money. First, we know your business. Second, we know your competition. Third, we check to make sure we really know your business. Then we start production.

Rare Interactive’s strategy is to create your strategy.

Advertising
Advertising isn’t as straight forward as it used to be. Even trying to get your website to register on search engines is a feat in itself. What used to be a simple, get links to your site to raise your ranking is now a maze of little known “secrets”. Rare Interactive deciphers the cryptic advertising space and puts your business on top. Whether it’s Google advertising, local advertising, or personal advertising, we have it covered.

Stand out with Rare Interactive.

Tips and Tricks
If you choose to go with another company over us, we wish you the best of luck and offer a few tips and tricks when choosing your next media relationship.

1. Be leery of websites with too much “flash”. Many times a company tries to make up for a lack of skill with crazy animations.
2. Watch out for Top 10 sites. If you dig deep enough you’ll find that the company who actually built the Top 10 site is somewhere in the top 3 on the list.
3. Bigger isn’t always better. Many times the big companies that can offer products for next to nothing and, unfortunately, that is exactly what you get.
4. If it’s too good to be true… it probably is. The Internet is littered with “great deals”. Most of them will cost big bucks in the end.
5. Free search engine submissions can hurt more than help. Each low quality link is worse for your ranking than not having it at all.
